Series Description
The beam deflectors are used with the ultrasonic distance sensors. They deflect the ultrasonic beam by 90 with virtually no signal loss. They are extremely useful in application where space is limited; to accomodate the dead zone of the sensor it is usually necessary to set the sensor at a distance from the target, which might take too much space; the beam deflectors are a simple, economical way to overcome this problem. Furthermore, the focusing beam deflectors concentrate the ultrasonic beam, preventing unwanted reflections of the ultrasonic beam.
The 43192871 series are made of stainless steel and may be used to fix the sensor. The 66195116-001, made of plastic, is available for M30 sensors only and cannot be used to fix the sensor.
